"I know what I'd do if I was Prime Minister" by D'Arcy, age 7
I would give money to poor people who have no home and I would build a stage where the prime minister works, hire rock singers so I could have a band. I would give my property away and getter better stuff than what I had. I'd get cooks and chefs, and they would also make food for my servants.

Lucky enough. He starts out altruistic and ends up like all the rest though!
It only came up because our federal budget was released on Tuesday so tonight was the right of reply by the leader of the opposition. i explained to D that it was the bloke's chance to say "here's what I'd do if I was PM" This wads D'Arcy's response to that!
I'm so impressed that D remembers the importance of feeding ones' servants. Being that's it's SO hard to keep good help, I am continually amazed at how many folks forget to keep the peons well-fed :)
Indeed. I pointed out to him that the PM probably didn't even have servants as such, but he looked at me blankly and said "I'd hire some. I'm the Prime Minister"
